1 zucchini (⅔ lb.); 1/3 lb. unripen cheese; 2 eggs; 2 tbs. of flour; ½ cup of olive oil; a bunch of dill; a small bunch of scalions (lower part); 1 dry chili pepper; salt
Zucchini Fritters (Kabak mücver)
Grate zucchini, season with salt, stir, put into a colander to drain excess moisture for 15 minutes. Add finely chopped dill, beaten eggs, crumbled dry pepper, crumbled cheese, add sliced onion, flour, mix well. Fry the fritters in oil on medium-high heat on both sides until golden brown. Place ready fritters onto paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve with garlic yogurt sauce.
