200 g of cottage cheese (ricotta); 3 quail eggs; 1-2 tbsp. flour (+ ⅔ cup); 1 tbsp. melted butter; 4-6 tbsp. vegetable oil; 1-2 tbsp. sugar; a pinch of salt
Add flour, salt, sugar, and butter to cottage cheese (ricotta), knead until smooth. Put 1 tsp. of cheese dough in a bowl with flour, to form a ball, and then flatten it into a small cake. Blow off excess flour and place in a pan with hot oil, cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Repeat until all dough is used.
