New York striploin steak (New York Strip Steak)
Take the meat out of the fridge, leave at room temperature for 2 hours before cooking, then smear olive oil and leave for 10-15 minutes before cooking. Heat the grill to 500°F. Place steak on the grill, cook depending on the thickness and the desired doneness for 1-3 minutes on each side under the cover. On a heated plate, place steak and butter, let it melt, add salt and pepper. Serve with a salad or greens.
